SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship within the United States only. Every order includes free insured shipping — no minimum, no exceptions.

Processing & Shipping Times

Due to the volume of orders during our closing sale, processing currently takes 1–3 business days. Our team is working through every order as quickly as possible. Once your order ships, estimated delivery is 7–10 business days.

Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day.

Order Cancellation

To keep delivery times as short as possible, orders are sent to our fulfillment center for picking and packing almost immediately after they are placed. For this reason, cancellations normally cannot be made once an order has been submitted. If you need to make a change, contact us at info@smith-titanium.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to help, though we cannot guarantee that a change can be made before your order has been processed.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking code by email. You can also track your order at any time on our Track Your Order page.
